Australian Birdfair Art and Photography Competition Entry Form (PDF)
The Art and Photography component of the Australian Birdfair has generated a lot of interest and entrants over the past two years and this year we are happy to join in partnership with Murrumbidgee Irrigation Envirowise and welcome them as our major sponsor for this event.
Other sponsors include Leeton Shire Council (Indigenous Artist) and NSW Department of Primary Industries (Sculptures).
Categories include:
- Art
- Painting (Nature/Landscape/Birds)
- Indigenous Artist
- Other
- Photography
- Sculpture (Adult)
- Sculpture ( Child Under 16yrs)
Prizes for each category are: First $375.00; Second $150.00; and Third $75.00
Sculpture (Child under 16 years) First $100.00 and Second $50.00.
The only solid condition on entry is that the art work is based on the aims and objectives of the Australian Birdfair and is open to the choice of the artist.
The themes include:
- Nature based/landscapes,
- Native Birds
- Biodiversity.
The competition opens on Monday 13th October and closes on Friday 7th November. Return completed entry forms to:
